Please note before commissioning me that my motivation varys heavily day by day, and this greatly affects my average TAT. I try to stay within 2 months, but I may take longer. I am not responsible for any problems that may be caused by lack of reading my TOS below, as it is common decency to do so. Blatant ignorance will not waste my time.

Art TOS

Please note before commissioning me that my motivation varys heavily day by day, and this greatly affects my average TAT. I try to stay within 2 months, but I may take longer. - I have the right to deny any commission.- When buying my art you automatically agree to let me use it as art examples. However you can opt out, do lmk if you don't want your characters art used.- Pay before I start, I will not work on the commission until I receive clear payment.
(I am okay with half pay when I start, and half pay when I finish.)- I don't usually stick to strictly working in order of when bought.- If you want me to show a wip, PLEASE STATE SO. I do not show wips usually unless you ask specifically or if I am personally uncertain with the art.- Please do not ask me every day how a commission is going. I tend to take a while at times, but I promise your commission will be finished if I have been fully payed. Reminders every once in a while is fine.- Do not use my art for any commercial purposes.- Asking for changes / mistake fixes after I'm finished is OKAY ! I often tend to forget / leave out things, and since I usually don't show a wip, I completely understand.- No nsfw / suggestive things ever. I'm not comfortable with it and I never will be.
This includes suggestive looking characters.
Including but not limited to; suggestive clothing, *overly exaggerated breasts or waists, sexually explicit phrases on clothes, etc.
I am okay with heavy skin showing/nudity if it is with no sexual intentions, as well as completely satirical sexual jokes.- If showing my art on other platforms, credit me correctly.

Design TOS

- Co-owns are a-okay, just please don't get ME involved. I am only the designer, not the one who made it a co-own. Please keep me out of any personal problems a co-owned design may cause. And please only have one character profile for said character.- Trade backs are also alright. However, just the same as the last one, do not get me involved in ANY personal issues this may cause.I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THESE PERSONAL ISSUES, EVEN IF YOU REACH OUT TO ME ABOUT THEM! THEY ARE NOT MY PROBLEM! PLEASE, SOLVE IT YOURSELF.- Do not change my design to fit into a closed species. I really don't even like CS, let alone do I want to get involved in them. Keep me and my designs out of it, please.- Do not sell my designs for more than what you got them for without added / commissioned art. Vent art, gift art, and any event art including Artfight does NOT add monetary worth to the characters value.- Do not edit / reupload the image of the designs original art in any way without my written permission. I am usually alright with it, just ask please.- Keep my designs on Toyhou.se. Do not sell / trade my designs off-site. (only I can do that)- Do not get heavily inspired by / copy my designs, I'll dm about it first, but if the issue is not resolved you will be blocked.
